COACHING FOR PARENTS AND FAMILIES:  coaching for parents is an opportunity for change. With the guidance and support of a coach the parents with create an action plan than can help them guide their way to enjoying their time with the children, increasing the positive experiences together. This will require exploring believes, situations that they feel affected by, through reality checks and to determine SMART objectives that can become achievable and realistic. Compromise and willingness will be the key to follow an established plan in order to achieve objectives.

COACHING KIDS: The most common issues focus around essential and important life skills such as raising self-esteem, confidence building, social interaction and communicating with peer groups and adults, motivation and listening skills. A coach for Children doesn’t work differently than a coach for adults, the difference are the materials used in sessions and of course, the subject areas covered. A Life Coach can help children develop the skills, attitudes and coping mechanisms required to help them get the most from life as it is today.
